The Meta Learning Model Revised (5.0)

The Meta Learning (ML) model has now been successfully used in all five continents in a variety of fields such as business management, psychology, health, education, and sports. Based on these data, we have developed a more advanced version of the model.

Three Questions

I define a psychological blackhole as fixed-point attractor. A point-attractor is a dynamic that traps you and makes it difficult for you to escape it. You can escape a psychological blackhole by using the Meta Learning model.

Positive Affect and the Complex Dynamics of Human Flourishing

The authors predict that a ratio of positive to negative affect at or above 2.9 will characterize individuals in flourishing mental health. Together with other evidence, these findings suggest that a set of general mathematical principles may describe the relations between positive affect and human flourishing.
